Tammy Sweet-Brooks is a 5th generation resident of St. Petersburg, Florida, with deep ties to the region. Her roots date back to 1905, when the Sweet family arrived as pioneers, with her great-great-grandfather, Captain Frederick F. Sweet Sr., operating the Beeline Ferry for many years. A proud St. Pete native, Tammy's connection to the community is personal and historical - Frederick’s name is listed on the Pioneer Monument at Pioneer Park in downtown St. Petersburg. With a distinguished prior career in the financial industry, Tammy previously held roles including Vice President of Communications and Marketing Manager, gaining invaluable experience in client relations and marketing strategy. Transitioning to Real Estate in 2013, she quickly established herself as a trusted and knowledgeable licensed Real Estate Advisor. Her primary focus is always to achieve her clients’ goals in an attentive and caring manner, while providing the top-tier Red Bow level of excellent service that is a high standard upheld by Engel & Völkers worldwide. Tammy has earned prestigious real estate designations including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).
