Recently servicing the Chicagoland area, Mrs. Zelaya’s experience spans over fourteen years in the real estate industry. Licensed in both Illinois and Florida. Providing support for three top brokers in Tampa, FL and Chicago, IL. Jennifer gained knowledge in different arenas of real estate, including foreclosures, short sales, leasing property, vacant land, new home builds and luxury homes. Mrs. Zelaya provided a hands-on active role in selecting, creating and approving all varieties of marketing including 3 mass distribution magazines in the local market. She’s worked for a major developer in Tampa. The project is one of Tampa Bays most prestigious communities, Stonelake Ranch. Her assistance was part of an effort that created, in their first Year of service, an annual increase in vacant land sales of over 65% and over 45% new home builds with several luxury home builders. Not to mention the work of the team has resulted in an increase in resale values approximately 10% in those last five years. After becoming a sought after administrator, Mrs. Zelaya chose to pursue her own career in real estate and return to her hometown of Chicago and then back again to the Tampa bay area. Her family relocated back to Florida for the final time where it all started. She looks forward to providing her services for the benefit of her community.
